Scott Kautzman and his team at Bismarck Mandan Rentals were great to work with. He began managing our two rental units in 2018, and took care of getting them leased out. He also was responsible for all maintenance and renter concerns. Our lives were made much easier not having to be the operational and maintenance people any more. Scott is an honest individual and is true to his word. His online tenant and landlord site made messaging and payments easy.
